Friendly and attentive staff.
We had a terrible experience with our room. The first room was absolutely horrible, and we had to request a change. The second room was just slightly better, but still nowhere near the quality promised in the photos. Not only were the beds uncomfortable, but the cleaning service was inconsistent, which was frustrating for a hotel that charges premium prices.
